“Estately” – Seattle Fastest Growing Startups “M/M Growth” Winner

Estately.com is a real estate listing website founded by Galen Ward, current CEO and Douglas Cole, CTO. The idea of Estately came up when co-founders realized they could make online purchases on every item they could think of, finding accurate product and service descriptions and reviews.

However, for the real estate market, this possibility didn’t existed. Thus, Estately.com was born. Buying a juicer and not being satisfied with it creates little to no hassle. You can always send it back and get a refund.

The real estate market is different than this, though. A person looking to buy a new home has pre-set criteria they will follow. Whether it is a single mom looking to find an apartment close to home, or a family that wants to live in the suburbs, each of them have certain demands and preferences.

Estately.com covers all aspects when looking for a home. Street address, photos, neighborhood associations, community centers, restaurants, playgrounds, parks and public pools, recreational centers, schools and anything you can think of. It covers it all.

Being driven by their own desire to find a quality real estate website that shows listings and not finding it, the founders not only created this, but obtained important funds in 2008 and on November 3, 2010, from Founder’s Co-op, Geoff Entress, Founders Fund, 500 Startups, Naval Ravikant and SoftTech VC.

2013 has been a breakthrough year for them, by doubling its revenue and estimated visitors compared to the previous year and the beginning of 2014 brought a milestone that will surely keep them on a rise: the launch of their Iphone App, which even if arriving late compared to competitors Redfin, Zillow, Trulia and others, is more focused on the customer experience.

With this important milestone reached, Estately will definitely remain in RocketCompanies top 10 Startups.

Enotes – Quality Education

Looking for quality information, especially with a purpose to learn or to teach, is challenging in an environment where rehashed content for revenue purposes holds the mainline.

The founders at Enotes made it their pursuit to offer quality content, created and published by specialists in their own in-house publishing unit or from Academic Publishers and is accessed daily by thousands of professors, students, teachers and researchers.

Enotes’ quality service is also demonstrated by the pride they present their 100% refund policy. The faith they have in their product and services offered to their clients is a key aspect for success. And by looking at the numbers, this “Baby Rocket” will soon turn into a “Rocket Company”
