You agree that: (1) the submissions and their content along with all related intellectual property rights will automatically become the property of Rocket Companies, without any compensation to you; (2) Rocket Companies may use or redistribute the submissions and their content for any purpose and in any way on an unrestricted basis; (3) there is no obligation for Rocket Companies to review the submissions; (4) there is no obligation for Rocket Companies to retain the submissions; and (5) there is no obligation for Rocket Companies to keep the submissions confidential.
